Small and medium-sized offices are available for rent on an indefinite-term basis with a 60-day notice period. Larger offices, or those modified based on tenant specifications, are leased with a minimum 1-year fixed-term contract. For retail spaces, a minimum contract term of 3 to 5 years is preferred.
Yes, rent can be paid in either EUR or HUF, based on the tenant’s preference. If invoiced in HUF, the amount will be calculated using the official MNB (Hungarian National Bank) exchange rate from the day before invoicing.
The operating cost includes all building-related expenses such as maintenance, reception service, cleaning, taxes, and mandatory inspections. It does not cover electricity usage, heating costs during the heating season, or internet service within the leased space.
The security deposit equals the gross amount of three months’ rent plus three months’ operating cost. It is refunded within 30 days after the final financial settlement following the end of the lease.
Yes, the interior layout, including wall configurations, can be customized based on tenant needs and mutual agreement.
